Sloooow Down!

You have always heard people talk about how their kids grew up so fast they didn't even know what happened and that they change so fast that you don't realize it. Well...ladies and gents, its true. It is absolutely how much Ryan has changed for sure since last year and even in the past couple of months. He is so aware with what is going on around him. He likes to be the entertainment now and show off and he's starting to talk a little. Every time he drops something, it's "uh OOH" and he says tank ooo (thank you) when he's supposed to say it. It would take forever to describe every single thing that he does right now and it'll be one more tomorrow. We are so blessed to have a kid like him, he's so good. Tonight, Misty and I got to go on a date and he spent a few hours with Trent and Kasi and entertained them all night, and was still wired when we got there and wanted to keep showing off. But, as soon as the car turned on, he was out.

By the way, I have never stopped to realize how important dates are. Yeah they are expensive and yeah its easier to stay home, but a date shows effort and that's important.

Anyway, back to Ryan. He is the light of our lives, ever since he was a baby we would always pick him up after a change or something and say one...two...three!!! Well, last month he started walking around the house going ba ba baaaaaaaah. So now the game we play in the car is I say one.....two and he says baaaaaaaah..on que every time with a huge smile and laugh. What a kid! It seems like he just figured out how to walk and now every time we look up he's hauling butt across the living room chasing a dog or a ball or something. It's unreal. You haven't lived until you've seen the arm flapping, gut sticking out no knee bend power walk that Ryan has mastered...ha.

Anyway..a couple Ryan quick hits...always called for to get through the week.

Here is visual evidence of my shock.....

One Year Ago almost to the day...

And more proof of he new ways to have fun. Crawl into Daddy's suitcase with no one looking, but Mommy busted him.....ha (This week)

If you will notice, as the age goes up, so does the distance from him in the pictures. Once upon a time we could focus in on his face and get a good picture. Now we have to pass the camera along and put it on sports to catch him...

PS: For those waiting on a Ranger rant...could be coming... or not...they have sucked the life out of me
